Earlier in the week they were calling for nice-ish weather like thursday through Sunday.. mid-30s and no snow.. Well now there is snow and only low 30s every day til Sunday.. I am definitely nervous about Eve's birthday party if the weather is nasty or even if anything is still slick.. its kind of in the "back woods" lol..  So.. Lets all hope it doesn't snow much or get too slippery with the freezing/thawing..

I can't believe my little girl's first birthday party is in 3 days.

We are flying back to Buffalo for Ella's first bday party on Sunday, but both of our families keep saying the weather is fine...so it's not?!?! Her party is in three days also, so let's hope for good weather!

Yeah I'm a little nervous about driving in Emery Park in the winter but I figured we'd just take it reeeeally slow and be fine.

mads- Its not bad for flying or anything. We got a decent amount of snow overnight last night but nothing else major is supposed to happen this weekend..

Melanie- I am assuming they will plow the park well since they know we are gonna be there, but There is a way to get to the lodge without driving all the way through the park. I didn't put that way on the direction sheets cuz I didn't want to confuse people.. but I think its like cornwall road or something... and there is a little entrance right next to the lodge.
