Got a pack of Pampers with no Gifts to Grow code

Has this happened to anyone else?  It's a pack of the Extra Protection diapers.  The code isn't in my history so I'm 99% sure I didn't remove it and already enter it.

    Did you check on the inside of the pack?  Sometimes those little stickers can be tricky to find.  I threw away 3 or 4 packs before realizing that they were putting the stickers inside.

    Yep, I'm sitting here with the empty wrapper turned completely inside out.  Not a thing.
