BBT help: can you O really soon after clomid?

I haven't been on in a while b/c I'm traveling for work, but am trying to catch up tonight!

I have a question about BBTs. I never have O'ed or gotten a natural af since stopping bcp in May. Last month I did 100mg of clomid with no response. Since I have a mix of HA and PCOS, this month I tried an extended dose of clomid. I did 5 days of 50mg followed by 5 more of 100mg, and this was about 35ish days after finishing the first time of clomid with no af in between (RE said it wasn't necessary...).

Anyhow, my temps are almost always 96.4-96.9, and NEVER higher than 97.3, which only ever happened twice in 6 months. The day after I finished the 10 days of clomid, my temp was 97.6, and has stayed between 97.4-97.7 for the last several days. I am traveling now, but the high temps started before then. Could I have possibly O'ed so soon after stopping clomid? I didn't think that was possible...and since I've never O'ed (only desperately hoped to), I'm skeptical... Other things that I changed right around that time is starting acupuncture the day before and taking probiotics pills (though, my other supplements never changed my temps).

So what do you think is up? Can you O immediately after clomid? Or has anyone had acupuncture or probiotics/other supplements raise temps by a degree? I unfortunately can't get any tests from RE since I'm traveling for work for 2 weeks...grr...
