I have been leaking colostrum for weeks. Wait, there's more. By the end of the day, my nipples get sore and itchy from the colostrum building up, so I drain them. A few days ago, I discovered that if I poke them just right, I can make it shoot across the room like a squirt gun. I do this every night, and I giggle like an idiot the whole time. Never gets old.

Bwahahaha!  Nice Abc!  This is one thing I have yet to deal with!  My nipples are itchy enough without the colostrum!

thats nothing. I would squirt across the room and could hit Dh at every feeding for the first few months after I had DS. I had a STRONG letdown and would drown my poor son. 

try lanolin for the itchiness---works great and you'll use it if you BF too.

Lanolin is amazing stuff! I haven't had any leakage issues yet, but itchiness definitely. It works like a champ!

Lol I just started leaking but it's not strong enough to shoot yet (hopefully not soon either)..Maybe when LO gets here I can totally gross SO out after a feeding..

OMG - already leaking!  DH is totally freaked out by the prospect of milk coming out of my boobs...I know we are in for a dry spell as soon as that happens (

No leaking here yet, but OMG when DS was little and my milk came in I could easily drown the poor kid. I woke up one morning to DS crying, drenched in milk (we co-slept). DH thought it was hysterical that I could "milk" myself without the breast pump... And thought it was also a great topic to bring up whenever we had guests come over
