Anyone have a good recipe that uses Macadamia nuts?

I  bought a big bag of them when I was craving the Chocolate Caramel Macadamia Clusters they have at Costco, which are probably one of the best things I have ever eaten.  Since I bought them on a whim, I have  no idea what to do with them.  Anyone have a good receipe?  It doesn't have to be for clusters.  In fact, its probably better if its not!

The only thing I know of is white chocolate macadamia nut cookies (which I have no recipe for).

Mmmm, macadamia crusted chicken medallions.  Yum.

I'll do that maybe and save the rest for some salmon.

Have you tried any of those?
