Finally house hunting!

We've finally decided to take the plunge and buy a house.  We have a realtor and are going to look at houses tomorrow!  I can't wait until we can move and have DH around a lot more, since he won't have a long commute.

We'd really like to be under contract by the end of April so we can qualify for the first time homebuyer credit, so any good vibes you have would be appreciated!
