does anyone already have back pain? i don't usually wake up with the pain so I don't think it's from bad sleeping position. i could be sitting weird at my desk or standing too long in the lab.

I get really bad low back pain from standing too long. I don't know if it makes a difference, but both of my lo's have anterior placentas, which would make me think that the girls are both sitting back toward my spine, rather than up front. It's also likely in my case that gravity is just adding insult to injury in the belly weight dept. when I'm standing.
GL - hope you feel better!

I don't get back pain all the time but I notice it the most in the evenings, and it's always my lower back on the right side. It's like a sharp throbbing pain.
