Low grade fever

T has had a 99.1-99.5 fever for the last 2 days, but no other symptoms, still acting like herself.  Should I give her tylenol?  Could it be teeth?  I've read that a fever with teething is just an old wives' tale though.

I know they say these are old wives' tales, but G gets a fever, a runny nose, and/or diarrhea when he's teething.  I think it could be teething.  I don't think I'd give her Tylenol just yet unless she also starts acting cranky, etc.  If it continues through tomorrow, I'd probably call the pedi just in case they want to see her before the weekend comes.
