Thank God for this board and Intro...

Hi, I just discovered this board (The Bump finally got it together!) and I just wanted to say thanks to everyone for being so open, honest and supportive.

Quick back story on me: diagnosed with severe PPD at 4 months, but I had it from the first month just didn't get help until 4 months. Did therapy weekly until just last month, now I go once a month. On and off Lexapro. Suffered 2 relapses. Feeling so much better now, but still have my days/moments.

    Hi!

    I was on Lexapro too - weaned to a really low dosage before stopping. Maybe a steady low dose would help you for a while (instead of going on/off)? Just a thought!

    I have been off Lexapro for months now, but I too still have my moments. I find they are much more manageable for me now.
