Today is my 1st dr appt

I can't believe I am over 10 weeks.  I go to the dr today.  Then after I hear the HB i plan on announcing it.  I am going to tell work tomorrow.  I've told my last friend that I had to. I'm not looking forward to all the bloodwork today.
