Metformin makes me burp!

Any solutions?

I'm going to try to take Zantac and see if that helps.  I'm on 500 mg three times a day.  I hope the 850 mg pills twice a day are a little better!

    Yes, I'm very glad I'm only burping!  This is my second time trying met and it's going much better.  I took out all carbs just about because the first time was not pleasant!

    That's exactly the switch I made and it made a world of difference!
