I hate hot flashes!

I'm in a tanktop and shorts and SWEATING in my house. The only reason the heat is even on is b/c poor DH and DS are in layers to keep warm. Ugh I know its going to get worse after the baby comes too. I should section off a room and make it an igloo

These started for me the other night.  I sweat like hell in bed even with a fan on pointed right at me.  I get it at work too, I look like I'm being interrogated I'm sweating so much.  Ugh.

im with you. DH would complain except that im pretty sure i caught him spooning with our heating bill the other night bc im usually the one to turn on the heat to tropical temperatures.

I hate them too!  I just had one while eating soup for lunch and I was about ready to take my shoes and socks and shirt off!  But I didn't think my coworkers would appreciate that...

Uggghhhh...I totally feel your pain.  I was helping do setup at an event on Friday and was burning up the whole time.  People thought I was crazy because they were all freezing.

ITA!!  There's one area of the lab with 4 very large, very busy intruments all facing one another and I want to die when I'm over there.  Throw in a labcoat and gloves, ugh.  I spend a lot of time in the walk in fridge those days.  DH thinks it's hilarious because I'm usually freezing and using him as a human space heater.  Now I can't even sit next to him on the couch.
