Those w/ #2 OTW or have #2

I am a SAHM currently.  DH is a AF Vet and works a great job but they do not provide benefits.  He gets full VA benefits and we pay for private ins for DD and myself.  Any SAHM's pregnant w/ number 2 or have number 2 with private ins?  Are you paying out of pocket for maternity and labor?  Do you have private ins to cover any of it?  We want to have number 2 soon but aren't too sure that we can swing it financially w/ all the maternity care and labor.  We don't want to go into serious debt to have the baby.  That wouldn't be a smart idea.
