Day Care Downtown?

Does anyone know of a great day care downtown Chicago?

A friend recommended "It Takes a Village" daycare in Marina Towers.

wouldn't recommend University Children's Learning Center (used to be KinderCare). ?Despite their insane cost, they were the worst place we've taken my son too. ?The teachers in the infant room completely ignored him on numerous occasions. ?the director was not interested in addressing the problem, so we pulled him.?

DD was at It Takes a Village for a year, starting when it opened. She was very happy there.  We had a few issues at first, but it was understandable since htey were new (initial turnover, some billing issues, and for a while they put all the infants and toddlers in one room till enrollment went up, but didn't tell us they'd be doing it - now they have several infant rooms and the older kids are in another part of the building).

We only left because we moved to the 'burbs.

 Mind telling me more about your issues specifically, maybe via PM if you'd rather?  I visited the place and thought it looked great.  And for what you pay, it should be!!
