I just heard about it over on MM and once I checked it out myself I signed up. I'm really excited about trying it. The downside is that there is a fee ($5 a month billed as $15 every 3 months but you can save $2.50 using the code Dave).
They have a few stores and a few different plans. We already shop at Walmart and already try to eat low fat so that is the plan I chose.
Has anyone else used this? What did you think?
Re: Does anyone use E-mealz.com to plan their meals?
I used the service for about 6 months last year. I did it as a trial run to see what i thought. I found that I used about 3-4 of their meal plans each week (we don't always eat at home and I mixed in some regular family favorites instead of using their plan exclusively). It was very helpful for me with my meal planning -- which I hate doing. I got some regular inspiration to meal plan knowing I was paying for the service, and I found that I liked the bulk of the recipes I tried.
The cost was hardly anything... so I say try it for three months and see if you find it useful.
Good luck!
