EZ 2 Nurse or My Breast Friend twin?  The My Breast friend is $30 more.

I have the My Brest Friend and LOVE LOVE LOVE it.  I can tandem feed hands free!!!!!

I really wanted to get the Brest Friend when I heard that it was coming out just because it appeared there would be more fabric selection than the EZ 2 Nurse.  My girls came about a month before the Brest Friend was available though, so I bought the EZ.  I've been really happy with it and now that I have it I don't know if I'd spend the extra $ for the Brest Friend.

My babies are still pretty small (11 pounds), but I actually prefer to use the Boppy to nurse (even tandem).

I use the EZ2 nurse and tandem nurse, hands free too. It works well for me. I have no experience with the breast friend

I don't have experience with either yet, but I bought the EZ 2 Nurse because just couldn't justify the extra $30 -- there is no information that tells you why the other one is better.

I have the EZ2 Nurse and LOVE it.  It's perfect.  I can tandem nurse and once their latched, my hands are free, it's great.

p.s. you might find the pillow (I found my EZ2 Nurse there) for significantly cheaper on e-bay and since the cover is washable, it's like new.
