    Yes.  It's Steiner Smith Road in Frederick County, MD.  The sad part, it will probably never do this again.

    Wow...I remember many many years ago (I was dating DH) when here in MI it was like that.  It was to the top of the overpasses!  Where will all the water go when it melts?  I imagine it will melt quickly since your temps are usually much warmer.  Will you have floods then.  That is what happened here when we got dumped on in one day and it went to the 50's the following day...a whole mall was flooded!
