So to motivate me I have taken my HM bikini

and put it on hangers and hung it up in my bathroom. I will have to look at it every day. and NO it is not my goal to wear that skimpy thing again.. I will be a tad more modest than that.

 

This morning at the gym my trainer did my weigh in and measurements he told me that if I keep this up I will win two free training secessions for next month. (the person at the gym who loses the most in a month wins free training)
