PBK anywhere chair... does your kid REALLY use it??

They are adorable, but does your kid actually sit in this thing? I really don't want to spend the $$$ if they will just turn into a cat bed.

My kid LIVES in hers.

In fact, DH and I discussed pitching the thing because its starting to show it's age.

Bought it for her when she was less than 1 year old and still sits in it at 3 1/2 years old. Don't get the small one.

My kids sit in theirs all the time. They also put them upside down and use them as slides or build a cave with them.

We have a bean bag chair from walmart. It is about $25-$30. It is great. DD uses it all the time. It is easy to move from her room to the family room or to our "home theater" when we watch movies in there. I love that it is vinyl, especially during potty training. I think it will last longer than the pottery barn chair too, until 6 or 7, instead of 4 or 5.

DS just got the regular sized one for his birthday and he loves it. He curls right up in with his books as soon as he runs into his room. DD also loves to climb in it. She'll probably get one next year so she'll leave his alone!

The PBK chair will def last longer than 4-5. My neice who is 7 comes over and sits in it all the time. I even sit in it sometimes.

DD loves hers, sits in it multiple times a day! She has had one since she turned 1 and still loves it. Will be 3 next month.

Nope I don't think she will stop using the chair at 4 or 5 because my 8 year old neice loves DDs. and actually asked for her own. I also love the fact that is it is now vinyl, I hate hate sticking to that stuff and can't imagine DD would find it as comfortable as fabric, because it is washable it is easy to clean. DD and DS use theirs everyday and move them all around teh house.
