Let me brag for a sec about the incredible A:When my sister told me one week ago today that she was pregnant, A's response when we finally saw each other that evening was to ask me whether I was wanting for us to adopt the baby. It amazed me that she had the class to talk about us as a unit, ASK me how I was feeling, and while she knew more about the likelihood of SEVERE defects than I did, not make it all about what she wanted. Makes me a lot less scared about the idea of marrying her 51 weeks after our first date.
