Cold remedies

My girls both have colds right now.  I have been using the bulb to suction out their little noses, and made my own saline solution that I'm giving them with the bulb too.  Is there anything else that any of you have tried that might work?

Hot air humidifier. Vick Baby chest rub. Keep them elevated on sleep positioners.

I was going to suggest the humidifier or spending time with them in a steamy bathroom to help with congestion.

Thanks for the advice!  They are getting better.  I've been using the Baby Vicks and saline drops.  They slept in their Boppies to help with drainage, and they feel much better today.
