Now I am worried...

I reinstated our insurance last night, right when the stupid accident happened. Now they are saying there's an issue with the timing. We might be liable. It's a little scratch, but this dude seems shady and he's been in three accidents! I will make his life a living hell is he pulls this sshit with us. (lives in the same complex)

    Ugh.  I once tapped a guys bumper (less than 5 miles an hour) and he called a TV lawyer and got $50,000 from my insurance!!

    I am just worried they are going to try to say I wasn't insured. I am going to tell this guy to f*ckin drop it because he was in the wrong...he hit DH and was parked in the red.
