I think we're done nursing :(

I have mixed feelings about it.  I've just been nursing her in the morning for the past 6 weeks or so... it's just really easy and convenient for me. Plus, I enjoy the cuddles and the excuse to watch the Today Show . And one less sippy to wash!

But I'm also kind of over it.  It's time to be done... I haven't nursed her in the morning in over a week.  I have nursed her in the night out of pure laziness (we're dealing with molars... fun times.)

I knew I'd be sad when we were done. Just a little bit anyway...

I think you should be so proud for going past one year! You'll find other special ways to have cuddle time and have that closeness.

BE PROUD OF YOURSELF! I HAD TO STOP AT 5 MONTHS WHEN I WASN'T READY BC OF MEDS I NEEDED TO BE ON I WAS ABLE TO FEED HER FROZEN BM FOR ANOTHER MONTH. OVER A YEAR IS GREAT!! THATS AMAZING!

Fairy Tale Come True

One year is amazing! I had to start supplementing formula at 17 days. It broke my hear. I loved BFing. I still try to get him to in the mornings and at night, but the bottle is more statisfying to him.

It been 6 months since we completely stopped and I still miss it. =(  It is one of the things I look forward to most with our new one!

It does make me appreciate the hugs and kisses I get from Sarah now though.   It feels good to know she wants ME - not just my boob, LOL!

It's been a month since I weaned Audrey because my supply dropped when I got pregnant. It was sad to stop, but honestly, so nice to have your body back! Audrey still likes to cuddle, but it's so great that Mike can give her a bottle at bedtime and be involved in that routine now.
