    I am really, REALLY proud of you. And I am so glad you feel at ease with the doctor. How incredible--you have a plan of action! A REAL plan! It is all going to go up from here, my love, I can just feel it.

    It made me cry last night when I saw you say you were proud of me.  Without the support of you ladies, I would have never been able to bring myself to go to the doctor today.

    My text basically says the same thing as that update.  So...don't be disappointed--it's not nudes or anything.
