IN saucepan cover eggs with water.. Put stove on medium high heat and cook until boiling. Boil one minute. shut off heat , cover and sit for 15 minutes.. perfect eggs!
Some say to boil for 10 minutes once the water boils, some say turn the water off once it boils and leave the eggs in the covered pan for 15 mintues. I find both work just fine.
And it's the best way to give egg yolk, IMO. I've scrambled them, but find the hard boiled approach easiest.

Place the eggs in water BEFORE it's boiling. Once the water is boiling, 10 minutes.
Yeah that's a good way to give LO yolks. I also make cheese and yolk omlettes with a dash of salt.
