Back from the doctor.

He was amazingly wonderful.  He took time to explain things to me (even though most of it I already knew) and told me things I didn't know--like my dermoid cyst in '04 had nothing to do with my PCOS.

He ordered a SA for DH.  He said we can do it now or wait for awhile, but "I can tell you're anxious to get these things done and get pregnant."

I was prescribed provera to end this hellatious cycle.

If DH's SA comes back normal, I'll have an HSG on CD7.

If my HSG comes back normal, I'll go on clomid.

*sigh*

I am glad you got some answers.

Just take deep breaths.  I pinky swear that you will be so glad you did all of this testing even though it is emotionally draining.

I know it is all ahrd - but the doc sounds great - this remeind me of my pre-provera visit.  They took so much mroe time with me than I expected.  Yay for starting to get things figured out and moving forward -good luck!!!

GL with all of that, I've done all of that and we ended up with our beautiful girl.  It's frustrating sometimes, but totally worth it.

YAY!! I've been thinking about you all morning while in my meeting and I'm so glad you updated!

These are positive steps. You have a plan and a Dr. who is going to work with you and understands what you need! I'm so excited!
