  • You can get these little refillable pump-up bottles (highly technical terms here!) and fill them with whatever cooking oil you like.  They're pretty cool!  I had a friend pick two up for me at Target, since we don't have fancy things like Target in the sticks.

  • I REALLY want to get one of those olive oil misters.  Unfortunately, my very kind father bought us another thing of PAM last time he came up - we've had free PAM that would have otherwise been tossed for a LONG time now, and we rarely use it, so until that can dies, no olive oil diffuser/mister for me. :(  I forget exactly what they're called...

  • i use extra virgin olive oil nonstick cooking spray.  i don't know how much better it is...but I know that olive oil and canola oil is better than vegetable oil

  • the problem with store bought sprays is that they contain isobutol as a propellant.  i'd stick with cooking oils in a mister.
  • We also want to get an olive oil mister but haven't gotten one yet.  Our local co-op market has safflower non-GMO and olive oil no-sticks.

ooooh - i have a target.  i wonder if i can find these because they sound fab!  the smell of the one i have gags me every time but with casserole dishes somehow just trying to swish some oil around in there doesn't work the same as the spray.. alas..  maybe my own oil spray will be better and not send me into a guilt spiral every time i use it!  lol..
