Cute for V-Day (aka, fun with meat)

Last year for V-day I took a 2 inch thick boneless ribeye steak and butterflied it open to make a heart-shaped steak to share.  I pan seared it to keep its shape, and made a wine sauce in the pan to put over it.

With a nice bottle of wine, It is a fun thing to do if you are staying home and not going out to eat. 

That was my random thought for the day.

She was an early arrival at 35 weeks, so I haven't posted much, We have been enjoying taking care of her.  She is doing really well and has replaced me as the love of my DH's life.
