Stupid question but does it have to be on to charge and can you hear both babies at the same time but only see one at a time using the AB channel?? I was wondering this now when they go into their own cribs which will be soon.
I called the company because I wasn't sure what to do with the two babies. Because of the way we set the room up, one camera for us can't see both babies. However, if you get 2 cameras (which is what we did) you can use one handheld and LCD screen to see both babies - you just set one camera to A, one camera to B then you can toggle back and forth. If they are in the same room, you can obviously hear both of them since it picks up all sound and video in its path, it just depends on how the room is set up.
the charging I don't know, but I don't think they have to be on to charge.

We have 2 cameras in one room and can easily hear both that way. The handheld device does not need to be on to charge.
