Does peanut butter/peanuts give you heartburn?

I wasn't even thinking and had trail mix the last two days with peanuts in it. No wonder my heartburn/indigestion has acted up so bad.

Anything can give me heartburn depending on the day.  I have a PB sandwich for one of my snacks everyday at work and half the time I get heartburn after.

Those are higher-fat foods and because fat can be more difficult to digest it can give you heartburn

YES!!  I learned this the hard way after a handful of peanut butter cups.

yes!!! i used to always eat uncrustables at work, but now i can't it's the only thing that gives me heartburn right now.
