Well I just ordered some boots.

It only took five feet of snow this winter, but I decided to bite the bullet and buy some winter boots.  The Pumas just weren't cutting it today.

ETA: I got these.  Too post-apocalyptic?

those are not bad. I usually hate boots of any sort that don't have a 2-inch heel or aren't made by jcrew, but I do like those.

if you wanna make it post-apocalyptic, just throw on your waterworld gear.

Yeah, a heel isn't gonna cut it in 3 feet of snow.  I am not that skilled of a walker as it is

My Pumas aren't cutting it either.  I think I'm going to go with rain boots so they can be useful in multiple seasons.
