18 month old toys

Anyone have any ideas for an 18 month old? They have almost nothing so anything is game. TIA!!

DS is enjoying his Mega Bloks (yes that's how it's spelled) and little people sets right now.  He loves books and jumbo puzzles too.

My son's favorites right now: his stick horse, his Mega Bloks activity table, Melissa and Doug sound puzzle, ride-on car, any kind of ball or car.

Magna doodle, crayons, blocks, simple puzzles, a bead maze.  DD especially got into putting things together and taking things apart at this age.

We've got some of the infantino puzzles that come in the buckets. DD looooves one with two-piece puzzles with animal mom on one side and animal baby behind a little sliding door on the other side.

Also anything little people.

If they have nothing, I will assume they never had anything.  In which case, I would HIGHLY recommend pre-symbolic toys without lights, sounds, and batteries.
