Does anyone have a recipe for sugar cookies with frosting

I love the soft Sugar cookies with the frosting kind of like lofthouse does anyone have a recipe like that?????

    I made these at Christmas time and everyone loved them. They are butter cookies but can be made just as sugar cookies.

    I have a cream cheese sugar cookie recipe.  I'll go find the recipe.

    I found it.

    Cream cheese sugar cookies
    1-8oz cream cheese
    1 cup softened butter
    3/4 cup sugar
    1/2 tsp almond extract
    2 1/2 cups flour

    Mix together. Bake 375 on ungreased pan.  My recipe says 6-8 minutes, but I have to leave them in for about 16-18 minutes.  Basically till they are golden

    Frosting
    1 cup Crisco shortening (MUST be Crisco-I tried generic and it didn't work)
    1tsp salt
    1tsp butter flavoring
    2pounds powdered sugar
    2/3 cup milk
    Add a little cocoa to make it chocolate
