Our original bill was a little over $60. 50%. Not too shabby :-)

It's a store by store thing (even within the same chain). Some do and some don't. For instance, walmart does not but my local kroger will triple the value of anything to $0.50. For instance, a $0.50 off coupon would be $1.50 off in the end.
