help me pick paint colors

So this is DD's room now and some of the decorations that will stay in there.

I am trying to decide on what color to paint it. 

I am thinking turquoise on top with turquoise and purple stripes below the chair rail......wdyt??  Maybe not turqoise but like the blue on the big E

    Is that going to be for Ella or the new baby? If for Ella, the blue and purple would be really cute. For the new baby- I'd say leave it. It's pretty and gender neutral. However, if you want to paint, what about a light turquoise type color- almost a Tiffany blue, but not exactly? Good luck.

    It will be Ella's room. :) The guest room is much bigger so we will move all the nursery furniture over to it and get her a new bed. tiffany blue sounds perfect!
