I'm all the way out at my parents house (45 mins away) and forgot my pills at home. How big of an issue is it to miss one? I EBF and take Micronor.

You're fine to miss just 1, just double up tomorrow.  But you can't miss tomorrow's or you have to use condoms for the rest of the month to be on the safe side.  You might also get a little queezy tomorrow with the double dose (I never did but they say you can).
