When in August is the trip to DC going to be?

Do we have a date yet? My family is trying to plan a trip in August for my parents 40th anniversary. I don't want to miss our preemie mom get together.
Conceived twins with IVF January 2008. Lost baby a at 20 1/2 weeks due to premature rupture of membranes and held onto baby b. Baby b (Brandon) born at 26 weeks and 1 day on July 5, 2008.     we're actually moving to DC in september... so if we had it closer to the end of august we could actually host a family or two if anyone is interested. (we'll have a pretty large house on base.)
