6.  What is your favorite day of the week? Friday Why? Because DH arrives home from traveling during the week

7.  What is your favorite chore?  Don't really have one Least favorite? Folding and putting away the laundry and mopping

9.  Where have you traveled with DH (with/without the kids)? Tenerife, St. Lucia & Greece

10.  Where do you hope to travel in the future? I want to go back to Italy

13.  What would your ideal house/townhouse/condo be? Exactly what I have now, it's my dream house

2.  Where/when did you go to college/grad school? I jumped around between 3 schools - University of Montevallo in AL as well as two community colleges in PA. I finally got my degree in Computer Graphics in '98.

4.  When did you go on your first date with DH?  Summer of '96

5.  What did you do before becoming a SAHM? Graphic Designer

6.  What is your favorite day of the week?  Why? It just depends on what we have going on.

7.  What is your favorite chore?  Least favorite? My fave is vacuuming, my least fave is laundry.

8.  What did your DC(ren) do for the first time or discover this week? My 7 yo is ecstatic about reaching a new level on his racing video game, my 5 yo found a 4 leaf clover in my sprouts and all day has been talking about his 'good luck' and my 2 yo got to experience his first huge snow fall.

9.  Where have you traveled with DH (with/without the kids)? The furthest we've gone is Mexico for our honeymoon 8 years ago. Every year we go to Ocean City, MD and up to the family cabin in northern PA.

10.  Where do you hope to travel in the future?   Hawaii

11.  What kind of car do you drive? Mercury Monterrey mini van 

12.  House/apt/townhouse/condo?  Do you like, love, or hate it? We love our house. Just wish we had a bigger yard and a fence.

13.  What would your ideal house/townhouse/condo be? The one we have now, but with upgrades (would love to have granite, hardwood etc.).... and the better yard.

6.  What is your favorite day of the week?  Sundays when DH and I and the kids are all together

7.  What is your favorite chore? vacuuming only because my DS loves it!  Least favorite? bathrooms

8.  What did your DC(ren) do for the first time or discover this week? Well DD and I have started to get along a little better this week. She discovered when she is nice to me I'm nice to her! And DS is always learning something new. This week he loves his monkey toy

9.  Where have you traveled with DH (with/without the kids)? with DD we have gone to texas, and south dakota, Plus mini in state trips and trips into wisconsin.

10.  Where do you hope to travel in the future?  We are planning to travel to Greece for DD's 18th birthday. And also next year to Disneyworld.

11.  What kind of car do you drive? Buick Century.

12.  House/apt/townhouse/condo? Own a house  Do you like, love, or hate it? I love it! But would like to move away from DH's family and be closer to mine for a change!

13.  What would your ideal house/townhouse/condo be? 2 story with a big front porch still on the St Croix River like I have now just a upstairs on it.

2.  Where/when did you go to college/grad school? Undergrad was Washington University and Northwestern, grad school was Northwestern

3.  How many children do you have? one girl

4.  When did you go on your first date with DH? January 24, 2002

5.  What did you do before becoming a SAHM? Just before SAH, I was an assistant (while in grad school); the ten years before that, I was a writer and graphic designer

6.  What is your favorite day of the week?  Why?  I really like Thursday because at night DH and I watch all our favorite shows together.

7.  What is your favorite chore?  Laundry -- I like warm, clean clothes Least favorite?  Anything that involves scrubbing

8.  What did your DC(ren) do for the first time or discover this week?  She's all of the sudden madly in love with her teddy bear, whom she's ignored for the past 21 months.  She's napping with him/her right now.

9.  Where have you traveled with DH (with/without the kids)? I think we've been to about 20-25 states together, plus Tokyo and Singapore on our honeymoon.  Our favorite stateside trips were Hawaii (twice) and New Orleans.

10.  Where do you hope to travel in the future?   We hope to go to Spain this year, and we have a long list after that.

11.  What kind of car do you drive?  2004 Toyota Camry

12.  House/apt/townhouse/condo?  Do you like, love, or hate it? We own a townhouse.  It was an investment, so I'm pretty "meh" on it. 

13.  What would your ideal house/townhouse/condo be?  I would love to own a brownstone in either Boston, NYC or Chicago.

 It was supposed to be to coffee, but it was closed. We ended up at a brewery.

5.  What did you do before becoming a SAHM?

Worked as a transcriptionist for the insurance industry. Still WAH part time for my old company. (10-20 hours a week)

6.  What is your favorite day of the week?  Why?

Fridays- I have an overwhelming desire to get everything done on my weekly to do list so I don't have to carry it over to next weeks.

7.  What is your favorite chore?  Least favorite?

Cloth diaper and Malone's laundry. Pint sized stuff is just too cute. - Dishes, so DH does them about 95% of the time. He also is in charge of the garbage/recycling and the bathroom.

8.  What did your DC(ren) do for the first time or discover this week?

A Huggies wipes box and a reusable shopping bag. Now his two favorite things to play with. We also got two really great cd's from the library.

9.  Where have you traveled with DH (with/without the kids)?

Northwestern WA, Wisconsin, Chicago, Cleveland, Philly, Baltimore, Boston, Cape Cod, NYC, Atlantic City. 

10.  Where do you hope to travel in the future?   

Someplace warm. We've just booked a week's vacation to Cape Cod (staying with MIL).

1600 sq feet apartment that is actually the entire second floor of an old Victorian house. I like it well enough. It meets our needs for now (laundry hook ups, month to month lease, accepts cats, and has a 2nd bedroom. I'd rather have something with living space on the first floor, a yard space, and smaller rooms. The rooms we have now are HUGE

13.  What would your ideal house/townhouse/condo be? 

 I'd love to own an old farm house.

9.  Where have you traveled with DH (with/without the kids)?she's so new there hasn't been any traveling with DD.  But before she was here we traveled throughout the Hawaiian Islands, and St Lucia

6.  What is your favorite day of the week?  Why? Friday... DH has every other Friday off and it means the weekend is here and we can hang out together!

7.  What is your favorite chore?  Least favorite?  Love to clean the house, especially vaccum with my Dyson and love to do laundry...hate to unload the dishwasher.

8.  What did your DC(ren) do for the first time or discover this week? She has learned to scream REALLY loud and is starting to crawl.

9.  Where have you traveled with DH (with/without the kids)? England- Ireland- Cabo, Mexico- St. Lucia- Hilton Head, SC- Nags Head, NC and many other places up and down the east coast...

10.  Where do you hope to travel in the future? Hawaii, Colorado, France, New England states and back to England and Ireland...

12.  House/apt/townhouse/condo?  Do you like, love, or hate it? Love our house with tons of character...built in th late 40's and we have renovated and added on but won't be here forever because we are quickly growing out of it!

13.  What would your ideal house/townhouse/condo be? more bedrooms (only have 3 right now) in a cute neighborhood with character- in a good school district...I would also love a finished basement and a big backyard (we have one now so I don't want to give it up)!
