Silly question, but need your help! (Mat leave)

I get 12 weeks off for mat leave and I'm not sure on the day that I go back.  It started on 11/16/09 and I'm not sure if I go back on 2/9/10 or 2/16/10.  Do I go back on the start of the 12th week or finish taking that week off and go back on the start of the 13th?  Sorry it sounds confusing, but I'm just not sure!  TIA

Mine started the same day! I was suppose to go back 2/10 but i work weekends so I don't have to go back until 2/12. But i think this is something you need to ask your employer about. GL!

12 weeks would be 2/9/10.  DS was born on 11/12/08, so that's how I know
