Silly question..but need your help?

I promise I'm not as dumb as it sounds.  I get 12 weeks off for mat leave and I'm not sure on the day that I go back.  I started on 11/16/09 and I'm not sure if I go back on 2/9/10 or 2/16/10.  Do I go back on the start of the 12th week or finish taking that week off and go back on the start of the 13th?  Sorry it sounds confusing, but I'm just not sure!  TIA

    You get a full 12 weeks off, so once the 12th week is finished, you return. You would return on Monday, the 8th.

    HR will figure that out or your boss and they should let you know. I swear I got screwed a week from the way the figured mine out..
