FYI - Tiny Prints Sucks

(Baby shower invitations)

Somehow they have the information on my baby shower invitation wrong. We triple checked that everything is right. They refuse to send us the invitations for free...just at a 40% discount. I know a lot of you have used them, but be warned...they don't stand by their products.

  • Hmm, that sucks.  I've ordered stuff from them and was thrilled!!
  • Can you prove it was their mistake and not your mistake?  (Maybe you have a proof they sent you or what you uploaded or something?)

    If you can prove it, they should absolutely correct it and reprint for free.  Otherwise it is your word against theirs.  Too bad though because good customer service ensures return business, and in the greater scheme of things, it is worth the cost to them to just fix the darn things.

  • You shouldn't have to pay to have them fixed, even if they are giving you 40% off. That is ridiculous!! Especially, since you proofed them three times. It's their mistake, not yours.  I'd be really annoyed. Sorry you are going through this.

  • Umm, yes...if they made the mistake they should fix it for free.  Any decent company would do this without even being asked.  Thanks for the warning!

    If you went out and bought something at a store and when you open the package at home, you find that its broken, you would then return it and get your money back or exchange it for another, correct? Well, what if when you went to exchange it, they charge you 40% on top of what you already paid when it was their broken product. I'd be furious.

    I certainly understand the frustration on this issue, read the fine print and make sure their abiding by their policies. A lot of companies take for granted that people don't read them and take advantage of circumstances like these.

  • I guess I don't understand. Did they send you the ones with the mistake, and now you have to order new ones for 40% off? If so, that's ridiculous. Or, did you catch the mistake before you got them, and you can get them for 40% off now? I do have to say, I ordered from them, and the order came fast and came out great!

    How I read it (and maybe I read it wrong) was that they were sending her new ones and giving her 40% off her original order.  If they charged her for her original order and then charged her 60% of the new order I am right there with you....that is totally wrong.

    Sorry OP if I misunderstood!
