DD lurvs Handy Manny. We Tivo it so when she wakes up and we want some added zzzz's, we just hit play, works great!

Ds is just starting to get into Handy Manny which I am thankful for, I like it better than Mickey Mouse Clubhouse.  I loved rugrats so I googled it and the voice of phil and lil is Kath Soucie.  On imdb she is credited as the voice on some Handy Manny episodes but doesn't say for what.
