What size TV is in your family room? I have no idea the size. We just got a new one downstairs before Christmas, and for some reason 37 rings a bell, but I'm not sure. My dh was in charge of that.

How many TVs total do you have in your home? Two; one in the living room upstairs, one in the family room down stairs.
We have an old school 32" in the living room. It is in an entertainment center. DD has a tiny (old) one in her room for movies, but she rarely watches them in there. We usually watch them in the living room together. Hers is on her bookshelf.

How many TVs total do you have in your home? 3. It used to be 4, but we gave one to MIL after we bought the bedroom tv. We have in our living room, bedroom and guest room (which never gets watched unless we have guests)
That number will remain at 3, because I refuse to put a tv in PAC's room, despite DH's insistence.

I asked because H wants a new one for the family room. We currently have a flat screen 32" and he doesn't think it's big enough (typical). We just bought the 32" last spring and I think it's fine, but whatever. We're splitting our tax refund roughly three ways (each getting a portion and putting the rest in savings). I just don't know what an appropriate size for our family room is. Plus, he wants to move the 32" to our bedroom. I don't know that I want one in there. Blah.

The living room TV is in an entertainment center. It's a DLP so it can't be mounted to the wall. The TV in our bedroom is old, also not able to be mounted to the wall.

mamarazzi - I agree w/ YH! You need a bigger one in the living room to watch sports.
Sports are amazing on huge TVs. That's why I was all about ours. Otherwise, I couldn't care less.

I just replaced our tv in the bedroom for my DH's bday it's a 42" flat screen.
TV in bedroom is on top of the dresser, TV in living room is in an entertainment center.
We have TV in mom's bedroom, my bedroom, living room, and Isabella's room but it's not hooked up. No reason to hook it up yet. So there are 4 tv's total.
ETA: Oops make that 5, there's one in the garage that works but is not hooked up. So that's 5 tv's but only 3 that are hooked up and working.

The good news is that the prices are WAY better today than they were 2 years ago when we bought all of our tvs when we moved into our home. The 52" in our keeping room retails now for several hundred as opposed to thousands when we bought it 2 yrs. ago.

What size TV is in your family room? Small. I think it's about 17 inches. Dh wants a "real" TV so badly. I couldn't care less and think our small TV is fine.

How many TVs total do you have in your home? Two. Although we have another monitor (that could be connected to a cable box) that isn't set up currently. And honestly, the one in DD's room is used VERY rarely. She has no cable. It's mainly there because we couldn't have her V-Smile on the same TV as our PS2, DVD-R, cable box, etc.

Do you have a TV in your bedroom? Yes. The only one who watches it is DH, and it annoys the crap out of me when he does. When I'm in my bedroom, I want to be either reading, sleeping, or sexing up my H. Not watching TV.

We have a small TV kind of mounted/hung from the ceiling in the basement in front of the treadmill. There's also an old TV in the basement that we rarely use, just sitting on an old entertainment center.
