The nurse at our pedi's office told me to use Sebulex shampoo for Camden's cradle cap and swears by it! Has anyone used this and at which pharmacy did you find it? It's OTC but she said pharmacy stores sometimes have it.
Never heard of it. We found out today Addie has cradle cap too, but the doctor said not to put anything on it yet. Although a friend of mine who goes to the same office, saw a different doctor there and she said to try a little bit of dandruff shampoo. My friend said it definitely helped.
Cora's sitter recommended putting baby oil on her head the night we give her a bath and the washing her head. We tried it last week and it worked better than the cradle cap shampoo ever did!

Cradle "crap" - ha ha! That's awesome! I'm a teacher and we call curriculum mapping, curriculum "crapping" bc we don't like doing it...I'm so calling this cradle "crap" now!
Our derm just told us to get this. We'd previously used head and shoulders, nizoral, mustela and something I am forgetting. Also did the olive oil first. His case is pretty intense though. We got it from Walgreens but they had to special order.
We used baby oil when Owen had it based on our pedi's rec. It worked great. The trick she told us, was to put some baby oil on his head, then use a fine tooth comb and comb the head. Then we would give him a bath and shampoo like normal.
