My temperature is 96.2 degrees???

OK- I am so sick with a cough and preliminary stages of cold and decided to take my temperature and it is oddly low.  Is this a normal pregnancy thing?

I've had a cold for about a month now and my temperature has been around 96 and even 95 one day.  I did my own research in the pregnancy books and said it is common to have a lower body temperature.  There is such a thing as a low grade fever so you might want to call your OB just in case and see what they think.

That is what my normal temperature is. It has risen a little bit with pregnancy but not much. If it isn't normal for you I would try taking it again. If you have had anything to eat/drink in the 10 minutes before it might have affected your temp.

I've gotten low temps when sick before.  My doctors office never had any issues with it so I would think that you're fine!

My normal non pg temp is usually about that. Some people just run lower than others.

I was sick 2 weeks ago and had the same thing! when it was actually in the 98 range i FELT feverish.  very curious about this

I havent taken my temperature lately, but my temperature has been 96 point something for the past few years- thats just become the normal for me. So, I wouldnt worry about it.
