$20 gift card when you register at Target?

My friend has a coupon for a $20 when she registers for her wedding at Target.  I looked online and there appears to be the same deal for a baby registry. But looks like you need some baby catalog. I can't figure out how to get this baby catalog to get the coupon.

Anyone know anything about this?  I didn't plan on registering at Target due to the horrible return policy, but I could always just register there and not tell anyone. :-)

I got a Target baby catalog in the mail and it had a little coupon attached that I had to bring into the store. I'm not sure how I got it, to be honest with you....

That's what I figured. My friend has been to wedding shows/expos so I assumed she got on some mailing lists.

I have signed up for samples from enfamil, huggies, pampers, johnson and johnson, etc. I will continue my quest for a free $20!

We registered in the store and they gave us a welcome bag.  It had a $20 giftcard for Shutterfly, but not Target.  It also had a few free diapers and wipes.

I know that when I registered there for my wedding, the gave me the catalog with the coupon in it. I'd imagine it might be the same thing... ask at the customer service desk.
