i think our strike is finally over

in Babies: 3 - 6 Months
after a week of barely napping, and sleeping crappy through the night, LO is finally sleeping again.  The last two nights she's slept decently during the night and yesterday she napped for an hour and a half! YAY hoping things go back to "normal" again cuz i sure do like my sleep

    Any trick?

    DD used to sleep 8-10 hours. Now she is back to getting up a 4am and 7am.

    well LO has never slept that long.  the longest stretch she did was 6 hrs ..once.   but the last week she wasnt napping and getting up at night every 1-2 hours.   honestly she just started sleeping better on her own. and i wasnt pushing anything i just sort of let it run its course.  and i had a bit of help during the week!

    Must be the age. We're on day 3 of the nap strike. And last night was the first decent night's sleep we've had in a week.
