Where are you going for V-day dinner?

I'm probably too late for reservations at some places but I think I'd like to go out. Any suggestions? Last year we went to Spoonriver by the guthrie and we were kind of disappointed in their food and service.

 With my cravings lately I may just see if I can get reservations at the Cheesecake factory...mmmm...cheesecake.

    That looks awesome, I've never been! We just visited Italy in October and their menu looks pretty authentic.

    I miss red wine.

    Drooooool over the wine comment.

    No good ideas on reservations, but here's what we do!

    DH and I usually order in pizza...not the typical delivery places, somewhere better. This was a tradition started back when we had roommates and one year when V-day was during the week, he was super sick and went to bed right after work. Since we didn't want to wake him up, and we had originally planned on cooking dinner (kitchen right outside his room), we decided to order ourselves a Cossetta's pizza and had a picnic in the basement and watched a movie on TV. So now it's kind of the joke that we get pizza for Valentine's Day.

    I'm spoiled ... DH has a tradition of cooking V-day dinner for us.  It totally beats trying to deal with the crowds!

    Funny! I sat down and talked to DH about it last night and he's going to cook. I'm in charge of dessert...which is great because I have no shortage of ideas. We may end up with multiple desserts. So we're eating in too!

     And drool right back at you over the Cossetta's pizza. Oh, and their mostaccoli (sp?), lasagna, and garlic bread. I'm hungry already.

    Ok now I seriously think I might need to go to Cossetta's...I wasn't sure if we were going to get that for V-day, but YUM. It's been a long time.

    This will be our second time going, and YUM!!!!  I am a little sad about no wine, but I may steal a sip of DH.  At least this time I wont have m/s and only be able to eat a few things:)
