Little Noses - does it work?

Eli is horribly congested...has anyone used it before?  The Dr said I could get it for Nat back in November, but her nose wasn't affecting her.  Eli just seems miserable. Or any other suggestions?  He'll be 5 mos on the 5th.

    It works.  The best thing to do though is to steam up the bathroom and then sit in there with him for a while.  The steam will loosen everything and you can suck it out easily.
