making your own crib sheets

Does anyone know a good website to buy fabric for baby sheets? My mom is going to make my sheets, dust ruffle, and window coverings.

  • I would just go a craft store.  That way you can feel the fabric to make sure that's what you want.

Also, I think it would be cheaper to buy crib sheets from the store... they're really cheap.  Let your mom make the dust ruffle and window coverings!

  • I recommend going to your local fabric store to actually feel and see the fabric. My friend ordered material and it did not look good at all together even though the pictures online looked great together!

  • We got ours from a bunch of cute little fabric stores by my MIL's house in Idaho. It's crazy how easy bedding is to make. Just make sure you pre-wash. The fabric we bought shrunk a bunch!
